Axis of Awesome - 4 Four Chord Song (with song titles)

In case you haven't seen this yet, this video is a beautiful and very funny rendering of 73 (!!!) songs in 5 minutes, all of them are 4 chords songs. Shows you how simple most of the popular music can be! Learning to play those chords on the guitar is fairly easy so if you are interested, just go for it and you will immediately be able to use this bank of 73 songs, and there are thousands more on this progression.

If you're curious, they play everything in the key of E, the progression is I-V-VI-IV which translates to E-B-C#m-A. The more common and easier version for this progression is C-G-Am-F but the E version sounds more interesting to the ear. If you are curious about the music theory behind all that, have a look here for a bit more about theory for guitarists.
