“The Guitar with the Internal Reverb” – The Guitar that Blew the Rest Out of the Water! Yamaha LS-TA Transacoustic Review

2 minutes read

Unless you are a working professional who’s at the studio every other day – THIS is the perfect acoustic guitar. Trust me – just give this “internal reverb” thing a try and you won’t want to put it down. It’s just so inspiring and enjoyable – I am in love with this.

If you are mostly into simply picking up the guitar at home or with friends and playing your favorite songs – look no further.

0:00 Two-songs demonstrations, with and without the reverb
0:42 – Introduction and general thoughts about the guitar
6:33 Pros – Things I like about this guitar
11:33 Cons – Things I do not like about it

I made this review after having it for six months.

(In the review, I included many playing demos in between)

If you want to see a video of ONLY the playing demos, here is the YouTube link for a demo-only video, or find the video at the bottom of the post. (No talking)

*I am not affiliated with Yamaha in any way, I am simply a guitar player just like you, who feels super thankful for finding my dream guitar.

✅ To make the guitar even more playable and comfortable, I highly recommend taking it to a setup after a month or two and switching the strings to a lower gauge. (A setup is recommended for ANY acoustic guitar actually) They come with 11-52 but I found that 10-47 work better on it. I recommend the Elixir Nanoweb 80-20 bronze 10-47 as they sound beautiful with this guitar.

I also added a couple of cosmetic mods to make the guitar prettier, you can find them in this Amazon store:
https://amzn.to/2NesxUo

I also added white tusq bridge pins: https://amzn.to/2X2OA01

The Yamaha LS-TA on Amazon (that’s what I have): https://amzn.to/2XDIBmw
The Yamaha FG-TA on Amazon (that’s the bigger dreadnought version): https://amzn.to/2J4YMA8

Go and check it out at the nearest guitar store. (Thank me later )
